The man attacked this Monday at his home in La Florida, in San Bartolomé, has suffered a real "torture". This is what sources close to the case have indicated to La Voz, who have pointed out that the man would have been undressed by his aggressors, who even applied electric shocks to him. In addition, the strong blows he has received have caused him multiple fractures, including one in the skull, so he is said to be in serious condition and could even be transferred to Gran Canaria, to receive the medical attention he needs there.

The events occurred at around 8.15 am this Monday. The information gathered so far by the agents indicates that this man's partner arrived at the house after leaving the children at school. On her arrival, she was met by a woman waiting for her at the door, who assured her that she belonged to the Capital Laundering Agency. Under the pretext that she had to carry out some checks, she entered the house with the woman.

Once inside the house, the woman found her partner "naked and tied up", according to sources close to the investigation. The aggressors had stripped him of his clothes and then given him strong blows and electric shocks. As a result of the beating, this man has suffered fractures in an arm, ribs and also in the skull. On entering the house, she was also tied up, although not attacked. The assailants fled in a vehicle that may belong to one of the victims.

Open investigation

The investigation has been taken over by the Judicial Police of the Civil Guard of Costa Teguise, with the collaboration of the Local Police of San Bartolomé. Within these investigations, the agents have already taken fingerprints in the house. They are looking for a group of between 3 and 6 people, as the first statements of the victims have not allowed to specify the total number of participants. "They have just suffered a traumatic event, physically and psychologically", clarify from the Civil Guard.

In addition, so far it has not been possible to determine if the assailants have taken anything from inside the house. Nor whether it was a common robbery or whether they were "looking for something specific".
