The National Police are requesting citizen cooperation to achieve the arrest of the ten most wanted fugitives in Spain. According to a statement, these are men with different criminal profiles. From those wanted for crimes of special gravity such as murder, sexual assault of minors, drug trafficking, human trafficking, to robberies with violence. During 2024, the Fugitive Location Section participated in the arrest of 460 fugitives from justice due to various national and international warrants.
Some faces recreated with AI to simulate changes in appearance
The images being circulated of the fugitives are real stills, and photographs have been added in which, using artificial intelligence, changes that the fugitives might have made to alter their appearance and avoid recognition have been recreated.
For the location of these fugitives, citizen collaboration can be fundamental, as they are likely to be seen throughout the country, in which case, anyone who can provide any information that facilitates their collaboration can do so confidentially via email at [email protected]
Also, in case the information received indicates that they may be detected outside our borders, the Fugitive Location Section has indispensable international cooperation tools. Among these tools is the European Network of Fugitive Active Search Teams -ENFAST-, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to undertake immediate actions aimed at locating and apprehending fugitives within the European sphere.
Spain's 10 Most Wanted Fugitives
Daniel Vázquez Patiño, born in A Coruña and 46 years old. He is wanted for abuse and sexual assault of a minor under 10 years of age. He is obese, has brown hair with a receding hairline, is 1.70 m tall, has white skin and brown eyes, and is considered highly dangerous.
Jesús Manuel Heredia Heredia, alias "El Pantoja" and a native of Algeciras (Cádiz), aged 40. He is wanted for crimes against public health and breach of sentence. He is considered one of the biggest drug traffickers in Spain's history, he is the leader of the "Los Pantoja" clan, he is linked to drug trafficking in Campo de Gibraltar, and he is considered a disciple of Abdellah El Haj, known as "the Messi of hashish". With an obese build, 1.80 m tall, dark skin, brown eyes, and dark hair with a receding hairline, he is considered highly dangerous.
Juan Herrera Guerrero, is a native of Puente Genil (Córdoba), 53 years old. Wanted for sexual abuse and assault of minors. He is 1.73 m tall, has an athletic build, brown hair, white skin, brown eyes, and may wear prescription glasses. He is considered highly dangerous by investigators.
Juan Miguel García Santos, from Vilanova de Arousa (Pontevedra), 51 years old. Wanted for drug trafficking, he is considered the mastermind of a Galician drug trafficking network and is implicated in sending cocaine from Ecuador camouflaged in banana shipments. He has an obese build, black hair, white skin, and black eyes. He is considered highly dangerous.
Manuel Rodríguez López, is from Barcelona and is 63 years old. He has multiple warrants for violent robbery, illegal possession of weapons, assault, and breach of sentence. He is 1.75 m tall, has a slim build, gray hair, white skin, and brown eyes.

Martiño Ramos Soto, born in Ourense, 50 years old. He was a teacher and is sentenced to 13 years in prison for sexual abuse of a minor female student, through sadistic practices, when the victim was between 12 and 16 years old. He is of slim build, has dark skin and gray, curly hair, with brown eyes. He is classified as highly dangerous.
José María Pavón Pereira, from Huelva and 52 years old. He is sentenced to 41 years in prison for the premeditated murder with cruelty of two people in Granada. He has an athletic build, is 1.65 m tall, and has dark hair, white skin, and black eyes. Considered highly dangerous.
Ionut Ramon Raducan, alias “Florin.” He is a native of the Romanian city of Tecuci and is 33 years old. He has been convicted of human trafficking for the purposes of sexual and labor exploitation, in a case in which he forced his younger sister and his partner to prostitute themselves in the Marconi Industrial Estate (Madrid). Of athletic build and a height of 1.72 m, he has brown hair and white skin. He is considered highly dangerous.
Julio Herrera Nieto, from Sancti-Spíritus (Salamanca), is 56 years old and is wanted for drug trafficking, illegal possession of weapons, and money laundering. He is believed to be linked to a criminal group that supplies and distributes heroin and cocaine to small consumers in the Plasencia area and its surroundings. He has an athletic build, stands 1.73 m tall, has light-colored eyes, and is bald. He is considered highly dangerous due to his links to the use of firearms.

From Huelva and 48 years old, he is considered one of the biggest drug traffickers in Europe and, accused of drug trafficking and money laundering, he specializes in the maritime transport of hashish using speedboats.
