The Local Police of Arrecife has carried out an inspection of the cannabis club 'La oveja verde' in Arrecife, following complaints from residents about the "unbearable" smell of marijuana that they say comes from the premises and seeps into their homes.

Specifically, according to a resident of Peñas del Chache street in the capital, the road where this club is located, the problems arose after a grille was recently installed there that faces the street. "Before there were no problems, but now it is unbearable," this neighbor told La Voz, asking that measures be taken after claiming to have contacted the Local Police and the National Police without them doing anything.

Finally, as confirmed by the Arrecife City Council, the Local Police has moved to the premises, detecting that the grille "is not properly installed", so it has made a report that will be transferred to the Classified Activities department, so that technicians from the same determine the "corrective measures" that must be taken.
