Firefighters from the Security and Emergency Consortium of Lanzarote have extinguished a container fire in the early hours of this Tuesday. The personnel from the central park have moved to Gregorio Marañón street in Arrecife to put out the flames.
The events took place at 4.10 am. After being alerted by a private individual, the firefighters went to the service and, once in the area, they verified that it was garbage remains that were burning next to a container. Upon the arrival of the troops, a witness had already extinguished the flames, so they proceeded to spray the outbreak with pulverized water.
The Local Police of Arrecife and the National Police also moved to the scene.
