Last Wednesday at 1:10 PM, a motorcycle driver assaulted the driver of a vehicle at the Los Geranios roundabout in Arrecife. According to sources close to the Local Police, the man on the motorcycle did not have insurance.
After a traffic dispute, the motorcycle driver stopped and went towards the vehicle, while shouting "you're crazy, you're crazy." According to a witness, the man driving the motorcycle allegedly opened the door and hit the other driver with his helmet, until he pulled him out of the car. Then, as can be seen in the video, he kicked him in the face. In addition, according to police sources, since it was a minor offense, he was not arrested and is now awaiting judicial proceedings.
People who witnessed the assault called Emergencies and the Local Police also went to the scene. The officers seized the motorcycle because it was traveling without insurance and identified the aggressor. No ambulances were activated to assist the victim.
According to the witness, the aggressions began before what can be seen in a video that has gone viral on social networks.
