The driver of the traffic accident in which her husband, an 81-year-old man, died in Tinajo on July 16, passed away this early morning, around 04:00 hours, at the Dr. Negrín Hospital to which she had been transferred after the accident due to the severity of the injuries she presented, as confirmed this Sunday by sources from the Tinajo City Council.
The 75-year-old woman was being investigated as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of homicide because she was behind the wheel of the crashed vehicle after contacting her relatives to whom she communicated her intentions.
