Hassan, after suffering a hit-and-run during a brawl in Puerto del Carmen this past Tuesday, the alleged aggressor (his brother) is being investigated for a crime of injury. According to the Civil Guard, the investigation has been brought to the attention of the Court to determine the authorship of that crime. Right now the crime is being clarified. However, the man has not been arrested.
The events occurred around 3:50 p.m. that Tuesday, and before the hit-and-run, Hassan was allegedly attacked by his brother, who would have given him several blows and punches all over his body. In addition, the victim's daughter, in an attempt to stop the fight and grab her uncle, was allegedly hit in the neck.
A few minutes later, the aggressor allegedly got into the car and ran over Hassan abruptly, as can be seen in the video, fleeing the scene after the incident.
After the aggression, the injured man went to the hospital to be treated. At the same time, his daughter went to the Civil Guard station to file a complaint for a crime of injury. In addition, she informed the agents that her father had suffered bruises, erosions and an abrasion on his left knee as a result of the fight. She also suffered injuries caused by the punch in the neck, such as an erosion on her face and in the cervical area.
