A motorcyclist drives at 232 kilometers per hour in Lanzarote

The Traffic Group of the Civil Guard is investigating in Lanzarote the identity of a motorcyclist who posts videos on Instagram riding at more than 200 kilometers per hour on several roads in Lanzarote. In his social media posts, this user captures and disseminates how he rides without hands or overtakes vehicles, far exceeding the speed limit of the road. The Civil Guard is now trying to clarify who is the person committing these administrative traffic violations.

For example, through his social media profile, he shows videos riding at up to 232 kilometers per hour on the LZ-404 that connects Guatiza with Teguise. As well as other images where he records himself at more than 200 kilometers per hour riding on the roads of the north of the island or Costa Teguise.

These are not the only videos that the user has made public through his social networks. On this same platform, you can see other fragments, in which aboard the same motorcycle, this man records how he drives without hands, while the vehicle continues on the LZ-1 road that connects Teguise with Arrecife or how he touches the ground with his knees while taking curves around the island.

In a profile dedicated to uploading his journeys on a Suzuki Gsxr 600, this driver shows "his life on wheels" and invites his followers to "see the happiness". Sometimes in videos where he appears alone and other times with other motorcyclists.

In the videos where he is riding reaching four times the speed limit he writes messages like "on the way to hell" or "I'm going smiling". In addition, on other occasions, you can see how he does wheelies while driving.
