A driver loses control of his vehicle and overturns in Guatiza, as reported by the Lanzarote Emergency Consortium.
The accident occurred on Barbusano street at approximately 4:00 p.m. this Tuesday, August 26. After being alerted, the CECOES dispatched Local Police officers, a basic life support ambulance from the SUC, and firefighters.
The man was able to get out of the car on his own and was treated at the scene by medical personnel but refused to be transferred to the Molina Orosa Hospital.
The firefighters placed the vehicle in a natural position, placing it on the side of the road to open the traffic, disconnected the battery, and collected oil remains with sepiolite.
For their part, the police regulated traffic and carried out the corresponding report.
