One person was injured in the collision of two vehicles on the LZ-2 at the entrance to Güime, according to reports from the Lanzarote Emergency Consortium. The accident occurred at approximately 10:00 p.m. this Friday, when CECOES was alerted.
Agents of the Civil Guard, Local Police, firefighters and an ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service went to the scene. The health personnel attended to the injured person and after stabilizing him, he was transferred by ambulance to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.
The firefighters proceeded to recondition the road by applying sepiolite and removing vehicle parts.
For their part, the police officers were in charge of regulating traffic and carried out the corresponding report.
