Maritime Rescue has rescued this Thursday the crew of a sailboat that ran aground in Alegranza, according to the Emergency Consortium.
Once alerted by the CECOES for a possible spill in the area, the firefighters have moved from La Graciosa and found a dog in the sand of the beach, so they have notified Seprona and Maritime Rescue to carry out the rescue of the dog when the sea allows it.
The emergency teams have verified that the boat was half-buried on the shore of the beach and the remains of the yacht were scattered along the coast but they have not found any spill.
In addition, the Ministry of Environment's boat has also approached the place.
