Officers of the Local Police of Arrecife proceeded to arrest a 49-year-old man, against whom an arrest warrant had been issued by the Investigating Court No. 1 of Arrecife, for breach of sentence in the field of gender violence.
The Local Police of Arrecife, after learning that an arrest warrant was issued against this person, carried out a device for his location, being intercepted while driving in his vehicle on March 14.
In addition, the driver's license of the detainee was not valid due to the total loss of assigned points, which is why the corresponding proceedings were also initiated for a crime against road safety.
The detainee, once the proceedings were carried out, was placed at the disposal of the judicial authority.
