A man was arrested last Monday, March 31, for trespassing in Playa Blanca, according to the Civil Guard. The perpetrator was reported by the owner of the house, so the agents went to the place to verify the facts.
After verifying that the reported person was inside the property, he was arrested by the Civil Guard and was brought to justice.
In article 202 of the Penal Code, trespassing, that is, the entry of a private individual without living in a house or property against the will of its inhabitant, implies a prison sentence of six months to two years, while if it is carried out with violence or intimidation, the penalty would amount to one to four years and a fine of six to twelve months.
