A man was injured on Saturday night after his vehicle overturned on the road between Güime and San Bartolomé, according to the Emergency Consortium.
The accident took place at around 8:20 p.m. on the LZ-301 road, between Guime and San Bartolomé. After being alerted by the CECOES, agents of the Local Police, Civil Guard, an ambulance from the SUC and firefighters moved to the scene.
Once on the scene, the emergency services confirmed that the driver was trapped inside the vehicle. The firefighters accessed the car through the passenger door and helped the driver out.
The health services took care of the driver, transferring him to the Molina Orosa hospital. The Civil Guard was in charge of carrying out the corresponding report.
Later, the firefighters positioned the vehicle on its four wheels and collaborated with the crane for its removal. Finally, the road was cleaned with sepiolite before returning to the park.
