A woman was injured this Saturday after leaving the road and crashing her car into a wall in Arrecife, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
The accident occurred around 6:00 p.m. on Antonio Bermúdez Street in the capital of Lanzarote. After being alerted by the CECOES, agents of the Local Police, an ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service and firefighters have been dispatched.
Upon the arrival of the firefighters, the health services were already assisting the injured person inside the vehicle. Immediately, the emergency teams have collaborated with the health personnel to proceed with the urgent extraction of the driver. The victim has been evacuated to the medicalized ambulance, where the medical personnel have taken charge of her assistance and subsequent transfer to the Molina Orosa hospital.
