The Civil Guard has located the alleged perpetrators of a vandalism act at the Playa Honda Institute, which suffered damages valued at more than 1,000 euros. Specifically, it has identified four minors, who are not even 14 years old.
Due to their age, the Civil Guard recalls that they are all "exempt from criminal responsibility", although "judicial actions may continue to determine the civil responsibilities arising from the described damages."
The events occurred on September 2nd and after the investigation by the agents, the alleged perpetrators were identified this Wednesday, the 11th. The proceedings originated by the investigation were sent to the permanent assignment of the Prosecutor's Office in the town of Arrecife.
