A Luxair flight between Luxembourg and Lanzarote was canceled and had to return to the European country after three hours in the air. This was flight LG741, which departed at 6:00 AM on Sunday, November 30, from the country bordering Germany, Belgium, and France, and should have landed four hours later on the Canary Island.

According to the outlet RTL Today, this cancellation was given "as a precaution," with the specific causes that motivated the recall order not being disclosed.

After more than three hours of flight and with only one hour left to land in the Canary Islands, this twin-engine Boeing 737-800 performed a return maneuver when it was about to fly over Asturias. 

This same outlet assures that the passengers and crew landed safely in Luxembourg. Around 9:50 AM, the plane landed again at Luxembourg International Airport.
