The firefighters of the Security and Emergency Consortium had to intervene this Saturday morning due to the fall of a telephone cable in Arrieta, in the municipality of Haría.
After being alerted by the CECOES at around 07:00 hours, the firefighters went to a road near the Tabayesco crossing, where they found that a telephone cable was detached from several poles and was obstructing the passage of vehicles.
The Consortium's personnel proceeded to temporarily secure the cable to the rest of the aerial line with the help of the aerial ladder.
Then, they informed those responsible for managing telephone breakdowns to come and solve the problem. After that, they finished the service.
