Firefighters extinguished a container fire in Arrecife early this Sunday morning, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
The fire occurred around 4 a.m. on Guaticea Street in the capital of Lanzarote. After being alerted by the Local Police, the firefighters went to the scene and found that the container was completely on fire.
It was an organic waste collection container that was rendered unusable, devoured by the flames. Emergency personnel extinguished the fire with water.
