Firefighters assisted an ill person around 6:00 p.m. this Friday who could not get out of bed in their home on Sálamo Street, in Puerto del Carmen, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
The door of the house was closed, so the troops had to go to the place. Thus, the Local Police of Tías waited for the firefighters on the road to lead them to the address.
Once there, together with the police, they carried out an inspection around the house to check if there was any open door or window.
After finding an open window with its shutter closed, they removed some slats to open it. Once inside, they opened the main door so that the paramedics and the Police could enter. The person was in bed and conscious. The troops ended the service, informed the CECOES and returned to the station.
