The Civil Guard has already identified the crew members of the plane that was intercepted on March 23 at the Fuerteventura airport with 380 kilos of cocaine. However, according to La Provincia, the three men who were part of the crew and who are of Spanish nationality, some of them residing in Madrid, are still at large.
Specifically, according to this media outlet, the crew members of the plane are Pablo M. L. H., Manuel L. V. and David A. D. J and a judicial request has already been issued against them, urging their search, location and arrest not only for the national territory, but also internationally, given the suspicion that they may have escaped to some foreign country.
In addition, according to La Provincia, it is also being investigated why they were not arrested. And, according to reports, the three crew members of the plane left the Fuerteventura airport after being identified by agents of the Benemérita and it is not ruled out that they were warned that the aircraft was going to be inspected. It even points out that in one of the recordings of the security cameras it is observed how the three men leave the airport after passing through a security arch controlled by a security guard.
From there, La Provincia points out that they lose track of them and that there are sources that claim that they stayed overnight in an establishment near the Fuerteventura airport and others that point out that they left the island and that they could even be hiding in some area waiting for the situation to soften. In fact, at first it was stated that the search efforts were focused on Lanzarote, an island where the plane had already landed on other occasions.
