A bus and two vehicles collided at approximately 3:00 p.m. on the LZ-1 near the Guatiza gas station, in the municipality of Teguise, as reported by CECOES.
The spectacular accident has left occupants of the cars trapped. Firefighters have carried out extrication maneuvers to free the passengers and make them available to healthcare personnel.
It involves a 29-year-old woman who, at the initial time of assistance, presents a moderate leg fracture, a 30-year-old man who, at the initial time of assistance, presents mild lumbar trauma, and an 80-year-old man who, at the initial time of assistance, presents mild chest trauma. After being assisted by healthcare personnel, they have been evacuated by ambulance to Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.
Three ambulances from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC), firefighters, Civil Guard agents, and Local Police have been dispatched to the scene.
The Local Police have collaborated with the rest of the emergency resources, and the Civil Guard has initiated the corresponding proceedings.
