Firefighters extinguished a fire in one of the skeletons of Costa Teguise on Wednesday morning, May 20, according to the Consortium of Emergencies.
The fire occurred around 8 in the morning when the CECOES was alerted. After the warning, Local Police officers and firefighters were dispatched to the site.
Once at the scene, the personnel confirmed it was a stubble burning on the plot, proceeding to extinguish it with a water line until the source was completely liquidated. Subsequently, the firefighters carried out a perimeter inspection and checked that there were no hot spots or risk of reignition.
Local Police officers collaborated in the operation.
