Two cars have collided on the afternoon of this Tuesday on the LZ-2 road that connects the municipalities of Tías and Yaiza, as La Voz has been able to confirm.
The incident has taken place around 4:15 p.m. near the roundabout located next to the Yaiza institute and has caused major traffic jams in both directions.
In in a video sent to La Voz by a reader, it can be seen how both cars have remained in one of the lanes obstructing traffic. The occupants were outside the vehicles.
To the scene, agents of the Traffic Civil Guard have been deployed, who have regulated traffic and have cordoned off the vehicles.
At the moment the health status of the occupants is unknown of the vehicles although apparently the impact has not been serious.
