Agents of the Lanzarote Security and Emergency Consortium intervened on Thursday night, around 9:00 p.m., on Margarona Street in La Graciosa to assist an elderly person who had been locked out of their home.
A neighbor alerted the emergency services after realizing that the door of the house had accidentally closed, preventing access to its interior.
The officers immediately went to the scene and proceeded to open the door using specialized tools. Once the intervention was completed and the situation secured, the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) was informed of the result of the service, and they later returned to the base.
