A 64-year-old cyclist has been moderately injured after suffering an accidental fall in Puerto del Carmen, according to the Emergency and Security Coordination Center. The accident occurred around 5:00 PM on Reina Sofía street in the tourist town.
After being alerted by the CECOES, Local Police officers and a basic life support ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Services were dispatched.
Once at the scene, healthcare personnel attended to the affected individual who presented with a moderate hip injury and, after stabilizing him, transferred him to the Molina Orosa hospitalThe Local Police have been responsible for drawing up the corresponding report
