Firefighters have extinguished a vehicle fire in Arrecife, according to the Security and Emergency Consortium. The car was parked on Saltona street in the Argana neighborhood of the Lanzarote capital.
At approximately 7:20 a.m., a local resident alerted firefighters to the fire. When the emergency teams arrived, they found that a resident had applied a powder extinguisher and they finished extinguishing the fire with sprayed water.
According to the Emergency Consortium, an investigation has been opened to determine if the fire was intentional at this time.
