A driver lost control of his car and crashed into another car that was parked in Costa Teguise, as reported by the Emergency Consortium. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was injured and was assisted by medical personnel.
The accident took place this Saturday at around 4:00 p.m. on Avenida de El Mar in the tourist town. Once alerted by the CECOES, agents of the Local Police, firefighters and an ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service have moved to the scene.
The firefighters have cleaned the remains of glass from the road and have placed the crashed car. For their part, the police officers have regulated traffic and have carried out the corresponding report.
