A 65-year-old man has died this Thursday morning in Lanzarote. According to La Voz, it is a foreign citizen who was found dead on a boat in the Marina Lanzarote marina in Arrecife.
The body was discovered after 6:45 in the morning, when a basic life support ambulance and another medicalized ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC), as well as agents of the National Police, were mobilized to the port.
The deceased was in charge of maintaining the boat La Dame de Puysaie, a boat with a French flag.
According to the Emergency Coordination Center, everything indicates that the deceased died of natural causes. However, sources from the National Police report that the investigation is still open and that "the causes of death cannot yet be confirmed."
