The health personnel has managed to recover him and he has been transferred in critical condition to Molina Orosa

A 15-year-old suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest this Thursday on the Las Salinas soccer field in Arrecife. Fortunately, the health personnel was able to recover him after performing resuscitation maneuvers.

The event took place around 6:16 p.m. when CECOES received an alert informing that a minor, who was playing soccer, was convulsing and needed health assistance. Other people who were at the scene provided first aid to the affected person following the instructions provided, through teleassistance, by the SUC coordinating doctor present in the operations room.

Later, the health personnel arrived and verified upon arrival that the athlete was suffering a cardiorespiratory arrest and began to perform basic and advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers that managed to recover his pulse. Once stabilized, he was transferred in critical condition in a medicalized ambulance to the hospital.

The Local Police collaborated with the health emergency service.
