Emergency services have rescued a hiker of English nationality, 71 years old, who had an accident in Playa Blanca, as reported by the Security Consortium.
The incident occurred around 12:00 hours in the Montaña Roja area when the affected person suffered a fall and could not walk. After being alerted by the CECOES, agents of the Local Police, firefighters and an ambulance of the Emergency Service have moved to the place.
The firefighters placed the affected person on the stretcher and subsequently took her to the ambulance and she was evacuated to the Molina Orosa Hospital.
