The Valterra Festivities, in honor of the Virgen del Carmen, face this weekend their final stretch with the celebration today Saturday in the square of the seaside neighborhood of one of the most anticipated events such as the Drag Queen Gala, which will begin at 9 pm and will serve as a tribute to Drag Derrimys.
A gala that joins those of election of Miss and Mister children and Lady Valterra full of color and animation, and followed by numerous public as has happened with all the events programmed by the Neighborhood Association and the Sports Union Valterra, with the collaboration of the Department of Festivities of Arrecife directed by Echedey Eugenio.
In addition to the recreational events, there are also religious events, as will happen with the expected maritime procession of the Virgen del Carmen this Sunday, July 20, with which the Festivities will culminate and whose route will begin at 5 pm with the transfer of the image from the parish to the old Insular Hospital.
Among the last acts, highlight the Noche de Parranda that will follow the Drag Queen Gala of today Saturday, as well as the Foam Verbena with Lanzarote Swing and a great paella from 2 pm this Sunday.
