The Three Wise Men distribute illusion and 6,000 candies in Arrecife

In a parade in which some 450 participants have taken part

The Three Wise Men Parade has begun its journey at around 6 p.m. from Agramar, in Puerto Naos. Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar have been accompanied by their pages and on the backs of their camels, they have moved to the Parque Islas Canarias where after approximately two hours of travel, it has ended at the Gran Hotel where they have climbed on the stage prepared there for the boys and girls of Arrecife to personally deliver their letters requesting their deserved gifts.

As the Councilor for Celebrations, Echedey Eugenio, announced, in its initial section until reaching the Fishing School, the Parade has run avoiding noise as much as possible, thus attending to the needs of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD); and from that point to the roundabout of the Insular Hospital the space has been enabled to meet the needs of People with Reduced Mobility (PMR). A commitment to Inclusion by the Arrecife City Council, through the Department of Celebrations, which has been reinforced throughout the course of the Three Wise Men Parade with the presence of the adapted float 'Paw Patrol to the Rescue', which has featured members of the associations of people with special abilities Adislan, Tinguafaya and El Cribo.

More than 450 participants 'The Enchanted Forest in Arrecife', 'The House of Miki Mouse with his Friends', 'The Living Nativity Scene of Arrecife', 'Little Pony', 'Moana 2' and 'Pole Dance School' are the other six floats that have participated in the Parade, in addition to a platform as a real mailbox, four carts and numerous little shepherds, elves, fairies, circus jugglers, characters from children's stories and movies, and even firefighters. Among them are the children's murgas Los Noveleros and Los Intoxicaditos, the batucada Villa Pipol, the Musical Group Son del Norte, a truck and a car from the Fire Department of the Security and Emergency Consortium of Lanzarote, as well as troops and vehicles of the Local Police of Arrecife that have opened the way for the Parade.

Their Majesties from the East, on the backs of their camels and accompanied by their pages, have distributed with the help of the participants in the tour a total of 6,000 gluten-free candies.
