Sonidos Líquidos concluded brilliantly last Saturday, June 10, in La Geria, offering its attendees a festival full of euphoria and spectacle. This event, recognized for its sustainable approach, good musical lineup, Lanzarote wines and the island's impressive landscapes, achieved resounding success after selling out all tickets for its star event a month earlier.

For three days, the festival delighted live music lovers with performances in two different locations. On Thursday and Friday, the duo Fetén Fetén and Hoonine captivated the public in the Sala Buñuel, in El Almacén.

Sonidos Líquidos made approximately 3,000 people dance in La Geria. With its powerful lineup, it fused the best music, wine and the utopian volcanic landscape of Lanzarote into a unique experience. On Saturday, the event kicked off with the energetic presentation of the Canarian band Tabaiba. A start that continued with DJ Checha Tambo, who, together with Ifara Melián, were in charge of encouraging the attendees during the changes between artists.

The New York band Miranda and The Beat seduced the public with their tireless and intense performance. Their staging was received with fervor, demonstrating that the energy of rock and garage from the Big Apple remains inexhaustible. The festive atmosphere multiplied when Depedro took the stage, and even went down to sing with his followers, conquering everyone with his catchy and fresh songs that invited them to enjoy an exceptional moment.

The sunset arrived with Dûpré, the talented local group that left everyone astonished with their incredible mastery of Lanzarote rock. In each note and each chord the group gave themselves in a live performance full of passion. Next, the stage was occupied by one of the bands of the moment: Arde Bogotá demonstrated their musical skill and their ability to enchant the public with a rock full of attitude, leaving all attendees wanting more.

The climax of the night came with Crystal Fighters, with a live performance full of energy and emotion, the group performed their great pieces that referred to an Ibizan house and touched on drum'n'bass, giving the public a show worthy of the utopian stage of La Geria. Adrenaline and good vibes were unleashed during this performance, offering an unforgettable experience full of sensations for all those present.

Finally, it was the turn of We Are Not Dj’s, the duo formed by Yoli and Paco surprised the crowd with their impressive sound collages. Their unique combination of technical skill and emotional connection allowed them to play very well-known songs that resonated with the fans. The result was a perfect harmony that led all the faithful of Sonidos Líquidos to reach nirvana, saying goodbye to this edition with their arms raised and raising the atmosphere to unsurpassed levels.

In addition to the music that made everyone jump, the festival was full of irresistible flavors thanks to Taberna de Niño. Local products and options for vegans and celiacs co-starred in the event. And, of course, the wines from the renowned wineries La Geria and El Grifo perfectly matched this sensory experience where each memory was a toast of joy.

But, without a doubt, the most outstanding thing was the festival's commitment to sustainability and the preservation of the environment. Sonidos Líquidos implemented, in this edition, more than 80 sustainable measures, advised by experts from MJC Ambiental. And to make things even easier, it introduced the cashless wristband payment system, allowing attendees to access and purchase products practically and safely.

Regarding mobility, the organization made sure to facilitate the transportation of attendees with exclusive shuttle and bus services. In addition, they used a fleet of hybrid and electric vehicles to transport the artists to the venue, demonstrating their commitment to more sustainable mobility. Once again, Sonidos Líquidos made it clear that their concern for the fragile environment of La Geria and responsibility are as important as music.

An event with international character and first level for Lanzarote.

In this edition, the international impact of Sonidos Líquidos is more than evident, since more than 60% of the attendees come from various destinations, both national and international. This consolidates the festival as a prominent point of tourist and cultural interest in Lanzarote. With a wide geographic reach, it demonstrates the attractiveness and reputation of the event, making it an experience that transcends borders and attracts music and culture lovers from all over the world.

Sonidos Líquidos has been organized by Arenao Producciones with the sponsorship of the Cabildo de Lanzarote, Turismo de Islas Canarias, Turismo Lanzarote, Centros de Arte, Cultura y Turismo, Ayuntamiento de Yaiza, Grupo TSC and Instituto Canario de Desarrollo Cultural that contribute their grain of rofe in the musical and cultural proposal of the festival.
