The Agustín de la Hoz House of Culture in Arrecife hosted, within the program of the IV Classical Concert Series organized by the Lanzarote Classical Orchestra, the concert 'MoltoCantabile', by the trio composed of instrumentalists Óscar Santiso on tuba, Pablo González on trombone and Carlos Guerrero on piano.
Although this formation is unusual and is still a risky proposal for a repertoire dedicated to bel canto, the three musicians proved that nothing is impossible when professionals like them know how to make their instruments perfect conductors of sensations. They performed works by great composers such as Faure, Beethoven or Sorozábal, among others.
The performance began, as has been customary in each and every one of the concerts of the Lanzarote Classical Orchestra, by announcing the repertoire chosen so that the spectators could place themselves in each of the musical passages. The trio, under the command of Óscar Santiso, pleasantly surprised the audience with the works chosen for the concert, where the professionalism and quality of the same was rewarded with resounding applause from the public.
The next appointment will be on Saturday, July 13, at 8:30 p.m., with the San Bartolomé Municipal Band, which will offer the concert 'Musical Flock', which on this occasion will take place outside the House of Culture.
