The filming crew of Marvel's 'The Eternals' has already begun to set up in the vicinity of the Volcán del Cuervo, where it plans to film in these days after passing through the neighboring island of Fuerteventura.
According to La Provincia, in an esplanade located between Masdache and Tegoyo, in the area of Camino del Guaco, a large tent has already been installed, as well as several trailers and motorhomes, an area in which the catering and the makeup, wardrobe and technical equipment departments will be installed, among others. Likewise, the filming team has been interested in the existing heliports in Lanzarote, as they plan to use a helicopter during these days.
The Camino del Guaco area was cleaned up in recent days by the Tías City Council, which gave its authorization to the production company of 'The Eternals' to film from this Wednesday to Sunday, November 24. However, as the CEO of the Lanzarote Foreign Promotion Society (SPEL), Héctor Fernández, has assured La Voz, the filming on the island is not scheduled to start until this Thursday and will only extend until Friday.
For its part, the Tourist Centers have extended an invitation to the 'The Eternals' team to visit them during their stay on the island. The film stars Angelina Jolie and features, among others, actors Richard Madden, Salma Hayek, Kit Harrington, Kumail Nanjiani and Lauren Ridloff.
