`A Cartoon Carnival' comes to an end. This Sunday at 11:00 a.m. the great children's parade started, beginning on Teide Street and ending its route in Varadero.
In the square, the Day Carnival continued to be celebrated with inflatables and performances by the Malibú Band orchestra, el Morocho and Pepe Benavente. This brought an end to three days of festivities in the municipality.
The carnival moves this coming weekend to Haría, which will begin on Friday, February 23 at 10:00 a.m. with the Inclusive Island Parade with the participation of the entire educational community of the island. Where Diver, the mascot of diversity, representative of the island of Lanzarote, will be presented by its author, Guio Santana, with a performance by Güicho and participants from the school batucadas.
