The Tourist Centers are expanding the offer of Islote de Fermina and propose to "Islotear" also on Sunday mornings tasting a brunch in the unique environment that the space offers. 

The Entity already offers the possibility of enjoying an exclusive and extensive brunch, that breakfast-lunch fusion that originated in England at the end of the 19th century, which has become an excellent option for weekends. How? You just need to book in advance at this link.

The Entity's counselor, Ángel Vázquez, encourages citizens to live an experience "with which we expand the offer of a spectacular space with a first-class gastronomic proposal." 

 

Islotear with a brunch

A mimosa and a pella of gofio with almogrote mayonnaise and crispy sweet potato yolk will serve to give a rich welcome to the growing legion of brunch followers. The first course consists of various juices to choose from, coffees, infusions, bread and assorted pastries.

A bowl of fruit, fresh or with granola and yogurt, and a board of cheeses and Iberian products are the prelude to the central dish, to choose between Bagel with arugula, salmon, cream cheese, capers and truffle; Toast with arugula, fresh cheese, roasted leg, dried tomato and quince or Fajita with arugula, guacamole and grilled vegetables.

The brunches of Islote de Fermina will be served on Sundays, from 10:00 to 12:00.
