The Cabildo enables an early morning bus for the San Juan festivities in Haría

This is an additional device on Line 7 that will have a departure at 04:15 on Friday, June 24 and another on Saturday, June 25

The Minister of Transport of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Marcos Bergaz, has approved the administrative resolution to authorize the special bus service on the occasion of the celebration of the Fiestas de San Juan, which will take place this weekend in the municipality of Haría.

Specifically, an additional device will be enabled on Line 7, on the route that connects the rear stop of the church of Haría with the Arrecife bus station, with an early morning departure at 04:15 on Friday, June 24 and Saturday, June 25. For its part, the rate established for this route will be the one corresponding to the application of the current traveler-kilometer rate for the line.

From the Ministry they explain that the company Arrecife Bus S.L. must "make available a high-capacity vehicle for travelers, thus guaranteeing safe mobility for attendees, indicating that if necessary another vehicle must be available, as stated in the resolution issued by the Lanzarote Cabildo".

They also clarify that due to the characteristics of the service, the Haría City Council must have the presence of the Local Police, in order to establish order in the event of any incident that may occur.

Bergaz points out that this special offer of interurban transport "responds to our commitment to introduce facilities for the mobility of young people, expanding the availability of routes and adapting them to the extra needs that occur especially during the summer".
