Javier Sosa shows his pictorial works for the first time in the Art Room of the Santo Domingo Convent of La Villa de Teguise, where this Sunday he inaugurated four series of paintings made with different techniques, but mainly on canvas and matter as a base in most of the works, using acrylic paint in all cases.
"In the chronology of my works", -as Sosa himself explains-, "there is an experimentation based on different techniques and some models of recognized plastic artists, refining until converging in a characteristic style of textures and visual effects that result in abstract works alternating between figurative and non-figurative".
The Abstractions, Landscapes, Marina and Harmonics series can be seen in this first exhibition of the author until October 8 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. More information at http://arte.javiersosa.com
