The restaurant of the San José Castle becomes on February 14th the stage for **a proposal that invites to celebrate Valentine's Day from another place:** that of encounter, paused conversation, and shared enjoyment.
As happens in some photographs that transcend an instant, the Tourist Centers invite you to understand the evening as a time that is discovered little by little, in which gastronomy, conversation, and surroundings go hand in hand in an activity designed both for those who are beginning to get to know each other and for those who already share a life.
The evening will begin with a cava reception and will continue with a menu that includes suggestive dishes such as Red prawn cream with scallop and cockle foam and Low-temperature lamb with sweet potato foam and leek confit in butter, among other preparations. The offering is completed with a wine pairing, featuring references from Lanzarote.
The surroundings of the San José Castle, the musical ambiance, and the sea views through the restaurant's large glass window contribute to creating an atmosphere designed for enjoying without haste.
The event will have a capacity limited to 50 diners and will begin at 8:00 PM. Reservations can be made on the website.
