The San Bartolomé City Council, through the Department of Festivities, wants to publicly congratulate all the residents of Montaña Blanca for the success of participation and the excellent atmosphere experienced during the celebration of the festivities in honor of María Auxiliadora, which concluded this weekend.
The mayor of San Bartolomé, Isidro Pérez, highlighted “the example of coexistence, tradition and enthusiasm that Montaña Blanca has given once again. These festivities are the result of collective effort, neighborhood commitment and the affection with which they are prepared year after year. From the City Council we want to thank all the people and groups who have collaborated to make these celebrations a resounding success.”
In this sense, the Councilor for Festivities, Estefanía Luzardo, wanted to highlight “the great reception of each of the organized activities, from religious and cultural events to the most playful and innovative proposals. It has been a program designed for all ages and it has been exciting to see the involvement of all people.”
This nucleus of San Bartolomé has been able to enjoy since May 16 musical performances, card game tournaments, dances, fashion shows, and children's and inclusive activities, among others, shared with enthusiasm. A spirit that the City Council hopes to see again in the upcoming festive events such as Canary Islands Day and the Güime festivities.
