The Picasso menu, which is updated daily, combines the most symbolic dishes of traditional island cuisine with creations of the new cuisine to provide a flavor experience aimed at all palates. The Picasso Menu is made up of a first course, second course, dessert and bread and butter service, with a drink to choose between water, beer or soft drink. Today, Thursday, for example, mixed salad with guacamole is offered as a first course, chicken with mushroom sauce and rice, and for dessert, ice cream.
