The music of pianist Ernesto Alemán contributed to "creating a magical atmosphere" last Saturday in the Cactus Garden in what was the premiere of the Jardines Sinfónicos initiative, explain from the Tourist Centers.
A system designed specifically to move the 400-kilo instrument along the irregular paths of volcanic rock of the old rofera transformed by César Manrique allowed Alemán to "conquer the attendees with a repertoire in which the premiere of his work "Fantasy of the airs of Lima de Valsequillo" especially shone," they point out from the Tourist Centers.
The public that attended the event concentrated in the area surrounding the stage as well as in the restoration area, and "was especially grateful for the closeness, humility and didactics" with which the artist presented the pieces he played on the piano.
The CEO of the Entity wanted to publicly thank Ernesto Alemán, "for wanting to share his talent and creativity", and the public, who "enthusiastically responded to this new cultural proposal of the Tourist Centers".
The second event of Jardines Sinfónicos will take place on February 18 by the hand of the Chimbet quartet.
Jardines Sinfónicos, created by Ubay Alemán, is one of the projects that has benefited from the Tourist Centers' commitment to boost the cultural sector channeled through the million euros included in the Entity's budgets for the years 2022 and 2023, respectively.
