The Arrecife neighborhood of Maneje will begin its patron saint festivities this Friday, November 17, in honor of the 'Virgen de la Milagrosa'. With the notable opening speech that the children's musical group 'Los Noveleros' will offer at the Sociocultural Center starting at 9:00 p.m., which will be followed by the performance of the parranda 'Son del Norte'.
Previously, from 8:00 p.m., the 'Batucada Attenya' will be the protagonist of the parade announcing these festivities, organized by the 'Maneje Neighborhood Association' with the sponsorship of the City Council, through the Department of Celebrations.
On Saturday, November 18, from 10:00 a.m. there will be craft workshops and bobbin lace classes, and from 8:00 p.m. a 'Charity Gala', also at the Sociocultural Center with the participation of carnival groups. Admission will cost the deposit of one kilo of non-perishable products or hygiene products.
In addition, at 11:00 p.m. the extended assault will begin, enlivened by 'Swing del Norte'.
The first weekend of celebration of the Maneje Festivities, which will extend until November 27, will close on Sunday, November 19, highlighting the exhibition that the rhythmic gymnastics club 'Ayatima' will carry out at 10:30 a.m., which will be followed by magic and acrobatics shows.
The 'Battle of the Roosters' will begin at 7:00 p.m., with musical performances by 'Obrion', 'Akorde' and 'Ekr'.
