This Friday will begin the first weekend of Lava Live Fest in Lanzarote, with thousands of tickets sold and enormous expectation for the concerts of Residente, Orishas, PtaZeta, Renzzo el Selector, Maná, Los Zigarros, and Drûpe. And guaranteeing the optimal enjoyment of the shows involves taking into account certain safety and health measures.
The producing organization of the event, the TSC group, suggests that attendees go to the Agramar venue in the early afternoon, use sunscreen given the forecast of high temperatures and solar radiation typical of the dates. It is also recommended to face the festival hours with comfortable clothing and footwear, so that the crowds in the front row and the syncopated dances are not affected. And bring something light to wear, in case it gets cool at night.
Anyone planning to arrive at the end of the festival dancing should hydrate properly, and in the event that alcohol is consumed, it is prudent to eat solid foods to help the metabolism: the venue offers a very varied range of restaurant offerings so that energy does not run out. If the goal is to collect the glass from this year's edition, it can be purchased and kept for the rest of the days; if not, "guest" glasses from other musical events are accepted and applauded.
Equality and security
The public has a purple point of information and denunciation against potential sexual assaults and an orange point of accessibility. In addition, as in any space where many people gather, the most sensible thing is to go without accessories of economic or emotional value and take care of belongings, cell phones and wallets.
The organization reminds that minors must be accompanied by adults and have at all times a permit signed by a parent or legal guardian. And finally, the use of public transport, taxis or buses is advised for a safe and uneventful return home. Those who use a private vehicle can do so in groups, sharing a car, parking in the parking areas of Ginory and La Rocar and reaching Agramar in a short walk.
The Lava Live Fest is a production of Preventos Media, of the TSC Group, and is sponsored by the Cabildo de Lanzarote, the Sociedad de Promoción Exterior-Turismo Lanzarote; the Centers of Art, Culture and Tourism; the Government of the Canary Islands, and the City Council of Arrecife, together with other collaborating companies.
