The Lanzarote designer Paco Delgado has once again been nominated for the Goya Awards, this time for the costumes of the film 'Abracadabra', by Pablo Berger.

Delgado already has two Goyas to his credit, one won in 2014 for the Best Costume Design of the film 'The Witches of Zugarramurdi' and another a year earlier for the Best Costume Design for 'Snow White', also by Pablo Berger. In addition, he was previously nominated on three other occasions, for the films 'The Skin I Live In', 'Sad Ballad of Trumpet' and 'La comunidad'.

The conejero also has two Oscar nominations, one in 2016 for the costume design of 'The Danish Girl' and another in 2013 for 'Les Miserables'. In 2016, Paco Delgado also received the Gold Medal of the Canary Islands "for taking his artistic ability beyond our borders; arousing admiration for his work, creating a school and demonstrating that it is not necessary to be born in Hollywood to walk the red carpet of the Oscars."
