Lanzarote's stage talent has shone with its own light on the beautiful island. The company Faranduleando Teatro, founded by Mónica Arencibia and Orlando Márquez, has proclaimed itself the great winner of the Tijarafe Amateur Theater Festival "La Cuarta Pared", achieving the highest recognition of the event.
The group not only took home the First Prize of the Festival, but was also recognized with the award for Best Set Design, consolidating the technical and artistic quality of its current proposal. The award-winning play, "Las mujeres que (M)aman demasiado", originally by Eduardo Grilli, is a piece that has achieved great success on the stages of Lanzarote since its premiere in 2025.
The direction, shared by Mónica Arencibia and Orlando Márquez (who also serves as councilman and assistant director), has managed to bring to life a text that balances depth and dynamism. The award-winning cast is composed of Ángela Luque, Jennifer Sánchez, Begoña del Moral, and Mónica Arencibia herself.

A packed schedule of premieres and new dates
Far from stopping after this success, Faranduleando Teatro continues with intense cultural activity and new projects that reinforce its commitment to the performing arts.
