The Cabildo has launched the artistic entrepreneurship project for young people and adolescents from Lanzarote and La Graciosa entitled Tajaraste. The Councilor for Youth, Aroa Revelo, explained that, with this program, "we want to promote talent in diverse artistic disciplines, making available to young people spaces where they have the opportunity to promote their careers in music, painting, dance, theater or cinema".
Under a pedagogical approach, the public will have the opportunity to learn successful models to launch their career. Next Monday, November 20, at 6:30 p.m., the Assembly Hall of the Insular Library will host the visit of the 4th year Guitar student in the Professional Degree at the Conservatory of Music of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Adrián Nuez Vera, who will serve as a reference for lovers of culture and musical art.
This event will consist of an introductory presentation about the artist, who will share his beginnings and career in classical guitar music, to give way to his repertoire of Canarian and Latin American music. Admission will be free until full capacity is reached.
The Youth Area appreciates the collaboration of the Insular School of Music of Lanzarote for supporting this project through its participation, which guarantees the proper implementation of the project for adolescents and young people.
