The judge of the investigating court number two of Arrecife ordered this Saturday the entry into pre-trial detention, communicated and without bail for the detainee for sexually assaulting a minor as the alleged perpetrator of a sexual assault crime against a minor under 16 years of age and another of exhibitionism before a minor.
The 30-year-old man was arrested by the Civil Guard last Thursday for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl at the Deiland Shopping Center while she was with another minor.
The complaint was filed by the family of one of the minors, who was allegedly sexually assaulted by the man at the entrance of the supermarket, after he touched her.
When the minor's parents and the shopping center security personnel reprimanded the man for the assault, he lowered his pants and began to masturbate.
